How do I create an account?

How does the learning system work?
Our learning system is structured into topics and lessons. Each lesson includes educational content, interactive examples, and knowledge checks. As you complete lessons, you earn XP and unlock achievements.
What topics does PlayGPT cover?
We cover fundamentals of probability, odds formats (American, Decimal, Fractional), expected value calculations, bankroll management, understanding vig/juice, line shopping, and responsible gambling practices.
Can I skip lessons?
Yes, you can access any lesson at any time. However, we recommend following the structured learning path as concepts build on each other.
What is the AI Tutor?
The AI Tutor is our personalized learning assistant powered by advanced AI. It can answer questions, explain concepts, provide examples, and adapt to your learning style and pace.
Simulators
What are the practice simulators?
Our simulators let you practice betting concepts using virtual currency. They include an NFL betting simulator with real odds data and a blackjack trainer to practice basic strategy.
Is the money in simulators real?
No. All currency in our simulators is virtual with no real value. You cannot withdraw, deposit, or convert virtual currency to real money.
Where do the odds come from?
Our NFL simulator uses historical odds data for educational purposes. This helps you practice with realistic scenarios while learning to analyze betting lines.

What subscription plans are available?
We offer a Free tier with basic access, a Pro subscription with full access to all features, and a Team plan for groups. Visit our Pricing page for current rates and features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Profile > Settings > Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Profile > Settings > Subscription and click "Manage Billing" to update your payment method through our secure payment provider (Stripe).
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact support@playgpt.ai with your request.

What browsers are supported?
PlayGPT works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We also have a mobile-responsive design for smartphones and tablets.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Why is the page not loading correctly?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, disabling browser extensions, or trying a different browser. If the issue persists, contact support.
